Some new pieces of shiny + footy results
If you like silver then these little gems will make you smile.
I bought one of them today and the others earlier in the week, i am using my macro lense attached to my samsung galaxy s6 to take the images. I will also being giving a quick over view of each coin and at the end of the post i will attach this weeks results from the steemsilvergold sweepstakes i am running, so enjoy and share the love and click upvote at 100%
1940 3d South Afrika
I will start with the oldest of the trio of coins i will be showing off and this 3 pence coin is from South Africa and is made from 1.4g of 0.800 silver, it has a mintage of 4.8 million and features the portrait of George VI on the obverse and the reverse features flowers native to South Africa

1957 3d Australia
Next upon the showcase is a 3 pence coin from Australia, the coin is made from 1.4g of 0.500 silver, it has a mintage of 0.500 silver with a mintage of 26.7 million, this coin has the portrait of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse and features 3 wheat stalks on the reverse.

1942 10 cent Canada
Last in todays showcase is a coin i bought today at a local outdoor market where only 10 stalls turned up due to the rain and this is a Canadian 10 cents made from 2.33g of 0.800 silver and has a mintage of 10.2 million. The reverse on this coin features a racing schooner called The Bluenose, which i believe is a famous ship in canada, the obverse features the portrait of George VI.
