All that packaging isn't such a bad idea IF you're a flipper. They might have assumed that you order so much you must be a business buyer, and want the 'original mint packaging' ..if you can even call white cardboard that.
First, I have to say I am sorry I didn't buy into the Landmarks series at the beginning. I spent my honeymoon in the UK and feel like it would have been a good way to keep connected with it. In terms of the packaging, I think you are correct that if you buy enough to go into a tube they should just send the tube. I guess they figure that it's more "professional" or something to have the capsules in the paper containers, but I agree that it's a waste. Most of the time people are just going to be opening the containers and throwing them away, so why not just skip the waste and the cost. They could save the consumers some money and save a few trees in the process.
Although I can imagine that it's satisfying to open those first few ones! :)

You'd think for the sake of their profits they would offer a much cheaper delivery service, but they do it to make themselves feel important.
Yeah they always seem to fail with the packaging it's a shame they are letting their rep down.
