Cuando llegue a esta plataforma hace unos meses estaba algo perdida y muy amablemente me recomendaron que entrara a SteemSchools, me parecía que solo era un grupo con algunos artículos para guiarse y nada más.
When I arrived at this platform a few months ago I was a bit lost and very kindly directed me to go to SteemSchools, I thought it was just a group with some articles to guide me and nothing else.
Apenas entré me recibieron muy calurosamente, no faltó quien me diera la bienvenida.
As soon as I entered, they received me very warmly. There was no shortage of people who welcomed me.
Mi lengua natal es el español y mi nivel de inglés no es el mejor del mundo, pero el entrar a este grupo, en el cual solo veía que hablaban inglés, fue para mi un reto, una práctica obligatoria... así que decidí darles una oportunidad.
My native language is Spanish and my English level is not the best in the world, but to enter this group, in which I only saw that they spoke English, was a challenge for me, a mandatory practice ... so I decided to give them an opportunity.

Me explicaron que contaban con unas Clases de Negocios en vivo diariamente. Mi idea era solo escuchar para aprender qué es Steemit.
They explained to me that they had Business Classes live every day. My idea was just to listen to learn what Steemit is.
Para mi sorpresa, no era una simple explicación de conceptos. Nos enseñan acerca de las técnicas más efectivas para utilizar nuestro blog como si fuera nuestra empresa y que, a pesar de ser unos novatos, sin gran poder para influir en la plataforma, podíamos contar con ciertos trucos para ser productivos en Steemit.
To my surprise, it was not a simple explanation of concepts. They teach us about the most effective techniques to use our blog as if it were our company and that, despite being novices, without great power to influence the platform, we could count on certain tricks to be productive in Steemit.

Pero tienen miles de concursos que no implican demasiado esfuerzo para fomentar que los novatos publiquemos a diario en la plataforma y tantas veces como sea posible, para tener mayor alcance y ayudar a incrementar el valor del Steem.
But they have thousands of contests that do not involve too much effort to encourage newbies to publish daily on the platform and as many times as possible, to have greater reach and help increase the value of Steem.
Con el tiempo se han convertido más que en un apoyo o unos profesores... Son mi familia!
Over time they have become more than support or teachers ... They are my family!
Una familia que te apoya en esos días tristes, que está allí para guiarte, para darte ánimos y para regañarte (si es lo que deben hacer jejeje)... pero también están allí para las risas y buenos momentos.
A family that supports you in those sad days, that is there to guide you, to give you encouragement and to scold you (if that is what they should do hehehe) ... but they are also there for laughter and good times.
Me encantan las actividades de integración, como el Kareoke, porque allí no importa como cantes sino que lo hagas con buena disposición. A veces, hasta aplicamos retos entre nosotros, que implican decidir que canción cantará el otro, a pesar de que no se conozca la canción seleccionada, termina siendo muy divertido.
I love integration activities, like Kareoke, because there it does not matter how you sing but you do it with good disposition. Sometimes, we even apply challenges between us, which involve deciding which song the other will sing, even though the selected song is not known, it ends up being very funny.
En mi experiencia personal, he aprendido para enseñar, en este momento ya tengo la capacidad de enseñar mucho a los novatos y de guiar a quien así lo necesite. Quisiera poder ayudar mucho más pero no soy un pulpo, soy un pececito todavía.
In my personal experience, I have learned to teach, at this moment I already have the capacity to teach a lot to newbies and to guide whoever needs it. I would like to be able to help much more but I am not an octopus, I am a little fish yet.

Ahí intento usar bien los códigos y crear un resultado que sea visualmente atractivo pero cuando descubra como hacer ciertas cosas lo haré mejor.
