If we want to increase the popularity of the Steem blockchain, we will need to stand together as a community and take action!

I just came across a post by @nathanmars, in which he asks to bundle our forces and flood Twitter with posts that promote our precious blockchain.

How you decide to promote the blockchain is completely up to you, the only requirement is that you use #steem as a hashtag in your Twitter post.

You could for example post a tweet about your favorite Steem application. After all, there are plenty to choose from.

You could send out a Tweet about Actifit, about Steemhunt, Steemmonsters, Share2Steem, Dtube, Musing, Partiko, Appics, Dlike, Steeveapp, eSteem ... the list goes on and on. A good idea could be to send out a tweet about the brand new @steem.ninja project, which gives people the opportunity to buy a SteemIt account or purchase a Steem Power delegation using their credit or debit card. They offer you a reward for every new member you refer, so getting the word out about this new service could actually make you some money.

In short, there are numerous ways for you to promote the Steem blockchain.

 

 

Be Rewarded

Sending out a Tweet takes no more than 7 seconds of your time, so there's actually no excuse to skip this opportunity to let the world know about all the possibilities the Steem blockchain has to offer.

Nevertheless, I think it's important that this campaign is supported by as many people as possible. And I'm not the only one.

So, if you are not convinced of the importance of promoting the Steem blockchain by now, let me tell you about the extra incentives.

First, there's this post by @theycallmedan that will give you an upvote if you post a link to your tweet about your favorite project on the Steem blockchain, providing you use both the #steem hashtag and the hashtag of the project you're promoting:

Since I want to contribute to the success of this campaign, I've decided to add a @steem-bounty to this post.

You are free to post a link to the same Tweet you posted in the comment section of the post by @theycallmedan, but I'd like to encourage you to create a different tweet. The more Tweets we can get out, the more effective the campaign will be. Since there are so many projects available to promote, it shouldn't be that difficult to get out 2 different Tweets.

The only requirement to get an upvote - and a share of the @steem-bounty - is that you use the hashtag #steem in your tweet.

If you join the campaign, you will get 2 upvotes and a small amount of liquid Steem for less than half a minute of work. They really don't come any easier than that!

 

 

Support Each Other

If you really want to boost this campaign, then it doesn't stop by just posting a single tweet. Make sure you let your followers know about all the opportunities the Steem blockchain has to offer by sending out tweets on a regular basis.

Also, connect with other Steemians on Twitter and like, retweet and comment on their promotional posts. This will show the world what a strong and awesome community we have here.

This campaign targets Twitter, but don't let this hold you back to get the word out about the Steem blockchain every way you can.

Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, YouTube and all other social media sites you can think of are the perfect places to recruit new members.
