Are you Iranian? These plates looks so tasty and amazing that I'd eat them all! For the first time, I'm seeing kebap preapred this (suppose traditional) way. Here in Poland you are getting cut slices of meat inside a pan.
No way am I an Iranian, I'm merely a tourist! The kebab can mean differently in several countries. I know what you refer to is also called Turkish kebab, or Doner kebab
