How much sleep do you really need in a day? by @walkinharmony (#teammalaysia)

After seeing the title, you might blurt out right away: 8 hours. Indeed, we have known from an early age that we should have a guaranteed of 8 hours of sleep on a day. Scientists also tell us that not enough sleep not only increases the risk of major diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer but also tends to get fat. So, when we woke up in the middle of the night, it is easier to get anxiety, because of the fear of not having 8 hours of sleep. There is also someone who slept for 8 hours or even more, but still feel tired in the morning.

Merry Christmas! Yes I am late but I'm still feeling festive so sue me. This is just a quick post because I am about to be swamped with work, so here's what my 2 year old son got from Santa this year, his first even Christmas gifts. I swear that Santa got that GTR for him not for me :P

This season is the most magical time of the year, Christmas is a form of Gift giving, Forgiveness and sharing but the most important things is the Birth Month of our Dear God. As a Simple person i want to share something, Me and my fellow mom's used to share a simple gift for this Children's. We Conduct a games and giving gift's that bought them a smile on their faces.
