Prolog 前言
An ordinary Saturday, woke up early morning and head to the park for a morning run. Today is a little special, as I met @king-cobra in Steemit, and I got a special task to do today. So I was very excited to try out what has been suggested as my workout plan. 周末,我都是在公园里跑步/散步。这一个周末也不例外,但是有些特别。特别在哪里?就是最近在Steemit 认识了这么一个人 @king-cobra 大家闲聊起来才发现赌坊也是一个运动人。他向我提出了一些指示希望我也早日达标。既然昨天他已经教了我,今天就迫不及待想用了。
Workout 运动
The workout routine suggested by @king-cobra was to have a longer interval run(to him may it's short). But the 1KM interval is literally killer to me. Regardless, I am still trying my best to do it, but before finishing the first km I already losing steam. I had to walk it through and after that carry on again. It does feels like every interval become shorter, not because I'm stronger, but I find myself quicker ran out of breathe, so I had to slow down to walking pace to catch a breathe before I can continue my run. 根据@king-cobra指示,我应该开始做间歇性慢跑。只不过,这次是跑一公里,休息一公里。这就尴尬了,我平时要跑一公里都断气了,还有走完继续再跑?!虽然听到都怕,可是我还是硬着头皮做下去了。第一公里还没跑完就漏风了。然后我用走的完成了第二公里。觉得速度还不错滴。但是到了第三接班人,实在是上气不接下气了。转换步伐的距离也开始缩短,不是我厉害要缩短,只不过是因为我发现我越来越不够气,觉得再多跑几步就要断气了,结果还是半走半跑勉强完成了三公里。
Feelings 感想
I didn't manage to complete my usual five interval run, instead today did a 3km interval run. First KM was alright, but the 2nd had been really slow. And the 3rd KM supposed to drain my battery, but I couldn't because my leg already very tired. Anyway, am still hitting 6km/h as previous. I'll really have to look into a better diet plan!虽然今天没有办法跑我平时的五公里,但是这个有要求的间歇跑步,实在是有点难度。第一公里还能跑,第二开始就比较辛苦,就算是散步速度也是太快。身体不好受,所以越走越慢。到最后那一公里,都是半跌半跑的挨过去的。尽管休息了很多次,可是还是维持在时速六公里以上,心里还是有点安慰的。希望明天可以跑得更凶。

From ur workout is a good start. I think ur 1st 1km too fast bro cause u catching ur breathe. Run slower. If cant make it 1km try 500m slow jog and 500m recovery walk. Nice try buddy. U r getting there..😊
