Business Process Management (BPM) is a methodology used by organizations to continuously improve end-to-end business processes. BPM is a must in every organization. This is a way of effectively adhering to the organization’s mission-vision statements. Hence, the organization applied the analysis technique known as the Business Process Automation (BPA). BPA is a technique wherein technology components are used to compliment or substitute manual process. User was asked to identify problems and possible solution. Though, improvements from analysis tend to be small and incremental, this type of improvements often is very effective at improving a system’s efficiency or ease of use; however, it provides minor improvements in business value. Using the Ishikawa method (also known as fishbone diagram), the proponents identified the primary problems encountered in the Operations Department as shown in Project work plan.

3. Requirement Elicitation Technique

The elicitation techniques being applied in this system is an informal interviews in asking the department head or the project sponsor with regards to the system used in inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
