Use of Affiliated Institutions to PUBLIC Trust
This is an event we experienced during the training. Every year we are always equipped with training on library development in the modern direction. We have a lot of special experience for applicant applicants or participants for our training events.

Since a few years ago we in the Library to create a Training for Public Library theme with a source of contributions cost participants around USD 100-150 thousands. Our prediction in Aceh people or instutution are reluctant to pay the training fee. They want to participate if made by the office / ministry with full board sppd from apba / apbk / apbn. The proof of the participants that we can only about 25 sd 30 people, pay yourself training, hotel accommodation transfers own responsibility. Now the contribution is raised compared to the previous around Rp 100-150, now so rp 500 thousand and what happens is the crowd who participate.
This year we change, not on behalf of the Library who leads, but the official University Training Provider institutions in the hope of more competence and trusted for a training organization.
It turns out that, with the same market segment, the same recruitment method, the participants are extraordinary. Currently we have closed with 80 participants, and there are many candidates who want to list but not accepted because the capacity of the class is full.
I asked what was the cause. training materials, participant segments and recruitment methods are the same, the only difference is that the provider is a true Training Provider, the Education and Training Center, LP2M University.
Getting participants who are paid Full-Board is easy, provided funding sponsors (APBN) there, of course different if we make Public Training.
Does Training Provider get more trust? Or am I wrong!
Ini merupakan suatu kejadian yang kami alami pada saat menggelar suatu pelatihan. Setiap tahun kami selalu mengadakan suatu pelatihan tentang perkembangan perpustakaan ke arah modern. Kami mendapatkan banyak pengalaman terutama terhadap peminat pendaftar atau peserta untuk mengikuti acara pelatihan yang kami selenggarakan.

Sejak beberapa tahun lalu kami di Perpustakaan membuat Pelatihan untuk Publik tema Perpustakaan dengan sumber biaya kontribusi peserta sekitar Rp 100-150 ribuan. Prediksi kami di Aceh orang atau instutusi enggan mau keluarkan biaya bayar untuk pelatihan. Mereka mau ikut kalau dibuat oleh dinas/kementrian dengan sppd full board dari apba/apbk/apbn. Buktinya peserta yang kami dapat cuma sekitar 25 sd 30 orang, bayar sendiri training, hotel akomodasi transport tanggung sendiri. Sekarang kontribusi dinaikkan dibandingkan dulu sekitar rp 100-150, sekarang jadi rp 500 ribu dan yang terjadi adalah ramai yang ikut.
Tahun ini kami ubah, bukan atas nama Perpustakaan yg lead, tapi lembaga Training Provider Universitas resmi dengan harapan lebih competence dan terpercaya untuk sebuah penyelenggaraan training.
Ternyata betul, dengan segmen pasar yang sama, metode rekruitmen yang sama, peserta yang didapat luar biasa sekali. Saat ini sudah kami tutup dengan 80 peserta, dan masih banyak calon peserta yang mau daftar tapi tidak diterima karena kapasitas kelas sudah penuh.
Saya jadi bertanya apa faktor penyebabnya. materi training, segmen peserta dan metode rekruit sama, yang beda cuma penyelenggara adalah benar benar Training Provider, yaitu Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, LP2M Universitas.
Mendapatkan peserta yang dibayar Full-Board memang gampang, asal pendanaan sponsor (APBN) ada, tentu beda kalau kita buat Public Training.
Apakah Training Provider lebih mendapat kepercayaan ? Atau saya salah!
