Edit: Forgot to say the inflation has not changed yet as far as I know - it will change in the next hard fork. My SP still seems to be going up just as fast.

I agree with all the changes, even spent $760 on a new computer because steem mining is switching to equihash
Yes I will start mining a gain once that happens. It was nice to see my SP going up really fast with the old inflation rate but I think long term the changes will make us more money:)
the changes also increase the amount of steem for rewards from 28,000 daily to 40,000 daily, so this will increase the amount your vote is worth, and how much you earn for blogging, the increase will be most in the first month if the price of steem starts rising and there are less bloggers on the platform, as it takes time for new bloggers to establish themselves. I also don't think that new bloggers will earn so much rewards as they did with the "introduceyourself" back in July, as now there are many established bloggers already on steemit, and curators using services like steemvoter to vote for them. Those who are here now stand to benefit allot as we will all naturally support each other first before newbies, so instead of a new blogger earning $500 for their first post they could earn $50, that's more realistic until they establish a following
