Steem Price is pumping - which means you get monsters at a discount

In an ocean of decreasing crypto currency prices there is one coin that stands out - which is Steem.
Unfortunately, I am not convinced that this is because the market has finally started to appreciate the true value of Steem and the Steem blockchain. I think this is more likely a result of some people trying to pump the price of Steem in a moment, when it is relatively easy to do so.
Following yesterday's chain problems, several exchanges including Binance are currently not allowing to deposit Steem. This means that if you do not have Steem on the exchange already, you cannot move your Steem there and sell it. Consequently, volumes are very thin.

This makes it relatively easy to manipulate the price.
I am thus pretty sure that the Steem price will come down drastically in the next hours.

However, there is on way how you can make use of the high Steem price - which is by buying Steem Monster cards. these cards are listed on the market as USD prices, which are then converted into Steem or SBD. If you buy right now, the USD value will thus be converted into a relatively lower amount of Steem than normally.

So, if you had planned to buy some Steem Monster cards anyway, now is probably a good moment to do so. If you have however listed some cards on the exchange and do not want to sell with a discount, you should make sure to remove your cards from the exchange.
