One big thing is we want to make sure you don't waste cards by combining over max.
A. Do you want us to make it not possible to combine above MAX
B. Do you want us to just warn you but allow you to go above MAX and thus let you waste your cards if you desire.
Also who's been waiting for a nice fast solution?

while you're waiting for a combine function please be careful in the meantime using the combine all feature on steemmonsters.com ... it is very capable of going past max.
Exhibit A:
I hit combine max and it combined two leveled up cards together and ended up at 96... where the max for rare is 86. It's only a $1 bug/mistake but just want you all to be aware
sometimes it might make sense to waste that extra dollar.
just imagine you have a level 5 common card and you can buy another level 6 cheaper on the market than the single cards. Why not just combine those for a level 10... so yes.. warning would be great, but it still should be possible...
We went with this feedback and just put a WARNING.
I'm worried the warning may not be enough ... but we'll see. At least we have a warning right?
