Time to announce the winner of the rare 'Peacebringer' card and the launch of a new rare Steemmonsters card giveaway.

For being a newcomer, I think that last week's giveaway was a real success. There were quite some contestants, so I decided to make this a weekly contest.

Last week I promised to give away the rare 'Peacebringer card.
