Steem Monsters Daily Quest and ICC Cricket World Cup Updates - 03/July
Hello Friends,
We already reached mid of this week and 2 more days to go for the weekend!!!
It's been a good week for me as well as for team India cricket team.
I have been able to upgrade many of my cards as I could afford few booster packs and Indian cricket team has recovered from that loss to England and was able to put put the spirited chase from Bangladesh.
Steem Monsters:
Thanks to the recent purchases of booster packs, I am now able to win more and more battles and today, I completed daily quest with Fire splinter and here are the cards I received.
Nothing much to say even after using the quest potion and cards are not that great is all I can say.
Another 12 days to go for this season and I am just getting closer to getting back to gold league.
Looking forward to some tournaments as well as I couldn't play any for the last few days.
ICC Cricket World Cup:
India vs Bangladesh:
India had a match against Bangladesh yesterday and India could come out winners although the Bangla tigers put on a spirited display of batting chasing 315 for a win and they made 286 thanks to yet another good performance by all rounder Shakib Al Hasan who has been a revelation in this world cup both with bat and ball.
India could make it 300+ because of yet another century from Rohit Sharma and contributions from Virat Kohli , KL Rahul, Rishabh Pant and MS Dhoni.
India's bowling revolved again around Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Yuzvendra Chahal.
England vs New Zealand:
England have posted yet another 300+ score after winning the toss with another century from Jonny Bairstow.
New Zealand are reeling at 164 for 7 chasing 306 for a win.
An England win will almost close the doors of a Semi Final for Pakistan and it will be Australia, India, England and New Zealand.
If that goes according to the above teams, then it will be Australia vs New Zealand and India vs hosts England in semi final.
As an Indian fan, I would still like to see Pakistan in semi final and yet another India vs Pakistan match in World Cup.
