Also - when I rob the neighbour - I sometimes were getting the gold grenade.
Where are the to see and whaere to use? I did not find them any.

Research points are to be used in the research lab, an advanced building
Gold grenades are used in family activities but can also be sold in the pawn shop
Ingame message are to be sent tru notificationsand chats, left menu, see the arrow
To search and find users, you may use the bottom left menu with icon M (rankings)
