To think twice for an emergency
What can you conclude from the picture above?
- A lot of car?
- Usual traffic?
- Nothing?
It is actually a picture of a bunch of car that is parking illegally because of the insufficiency of parking lot.
Sometimes in the urge of emergency, being afraid of being given a summon ticket cause the emergency to be more than an emergency.

Actually drivers can park their cars at the opposite 2 storey parking lot accross the road after dropping off their emergency patients. But most of them just ignore, and this is what happen.
