We tend to speak more English than our native languages. Meanwhile, English has failed us numerous times by giving us
various words with the same meaning. Every word in my native tongue has different meanings. Take Yoruba for example, Yoruba occupy the south-west region of Nigeria; in Yoruba you have words like;

Igba meaning time
Igba meaning calabash
Igba meaning twenty

That’s the beauty of your own language pronouncing these words has different intonations or should I say sofatonic.
But in English you have different words same meaning, yet they still try to justify the error
Check out words like

Finish, Complete, exhaust.
Necessary, Compulsory, important, mandatory etc

never seen a language so confusing as English

Just saying #bringbackourculture

We are tired of always learning to speak English the right way. The annoying part of it is that, when you make a grammatical error, people will laugh at you forgetting that it’s a borrowed language, not my mother tongue.
Even the British are not always grammatically sound.
So what is my own?
