Steemjet : A new project

Hello wonderful people of Steemjet

It's been a fun ride since I joined steemjet. I was almost close to giving up on steemit, nothing was going my way

Then came Steemjet owned by the wonderful man @dimimp and my journey has completely changed its direction.
I can't thank him enough for the opportunities that have come my way.
We've come a long way as a community and it's just the beginning. The possibilities are endless and it's upto us now to challenge them and even create new possibilities so that we can repay the faith that @dimimp has put in us.

Why Steemjet is so important to me?

Some of you would probably know about the bizarre conditions, my homeland Kashmir is in right now. I won't go into that now as it would make this post unnecessarily long. But what it has done, is it has affected the youth of Kashmir negatively. Schools aren't opening for weeks, the situation in colleges is even worse. Last year, Kashmir was shutdown for 6 months: schools, colleges, offices, markets, everything came to a stand still, Imagine that.
This is the 5th year of my degree and I still have 2 semesters left to go, so it's taking me approximately 6 years to complete my degree which is supposed to be completed in just 4 years.
As a result the unemployment rate is skyhigh right now.

I want to help, But I can't do that without the help of Steemjet and @dimimp.
Charity won't help anybody, what I'm trying to do is help the students find their way into crypto (steemit )
There's this wonderful saying;

"Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime"

Teaching sometime to be self reliant is a valuable gift and it lasts forever.

What I plan to do?

I live in a place where 99% don't even know about crypto and the rest 1% still think of cryptocurrency as a scam
I want to target both of these aspects, by promoting steemit so that people become aware of it and by changing the mindset of the rest 1% by teaching them about cryptocurrency ( steem in particular).

How I plan to do it?

I would start with schools and colleges and then expand towards other avenues.
I'm targeting the schools and colleges first is because I think that students can change the fate of the nation. I'll arrange events to teach students about crypto and distribute pamphlets which I've mentioned below in this post.

Students are the most open minded and will welcome new opportunities.
Students are the most active members on social platforms and thus can help in making steem trend. They can influence other people easily and this will create a network effect bringing in more people and possible new investors which will inturn be good for the Steem.
If I'm given the green signal by our boss @dimimp, I want to create a small book.

The book will encompass

• A little bit of technical know how of steem and steemit ( not too much as this is for the people who are not aware of crypto)
• An easy to understand guide to steemit (simple enough for everyone to understand)
• The infinite opportunities on steemit for any talent and how you can succeed here
• Different apps for different talents like dlive, dtube, Utopian.io etc
• A little info on some of the successful steemians on this platform.
• How steemit is better than any other social platform like Facebook, Instagram etc
• And last but not the least about our wonderful community steemjet and it's CEO @dimimp

We can also make space for anything interesting that any of Space Force members can come up with. Maybe create a new contest regarding that.

I think we should get this project started as early as possible. With the launch of SMTs and communities and various other updates the price of Steem is going to skyrocket, and as such this is the best time to join steemit and enjoy the rewards.

I know this would require a lot of work and I would need the help of my fellow Kashmiris. I joined first steemit and then steemjet at the same time as @obaidb2 (SF6) .We have onboarded 3 other members on steemjet, @muhasib and @mumin007 ( both SF7) are already steemjet delegates and @wa2qr is on the verge of becoming one. 2 more members have since joined @shahaan and @mohsinparray123, give them a warm welcome.

So I want to create a team together with the above mentioned members to promote steemit here in Kashmir and then expand towards other regions. We can then expand our project to India and then to other countries in Asia.
Since there is a growing Nigerian community on Steemjet, they can also do the same. This will give us better organization in promotion and we will be able to keep differeny departments for different areas.
I volunteer to be a Steemjet representative in India. I have contacts in other countries in Asia as well, so I can also help in promotion there.

I know steemit can be overwhelming sometimes when you're new to it. I'll provide the contact details of all my team members on the book so that we can guide every single newcomer on this wonderful journey.
We don't want to lose any beginners just because they don't understand how it works.

I'll also create a PDF of the book and everyone on the space force can promote it through their other social media platforms.
This will just be the start and there are a lot of things that we can do but that's a thing for later.

This will need time, effort and resources. I will give all my time and effort but I need help from @dimimp on the resources front.
If you agree, then I'll start working on the book immediately.
