Tek Düzen Hesap Planı Nedir? Özellikleri Nelerdir?
Türkiye' de tek düzen hesap planı, belirli bir sisteme göre hazırlanmış, muhasebe işlemlerinde sürekli kullanılan listeye tek düzen hesap planı denilmektedir. Bilanço esasına göre defter tutan tacirler, 1994 yılının başında yürürlüğe konan Tek Düzen Hesap planını uygulamak zorundadırlar.
Belirli bir sisteme ve koda göre oluşturulan Tek Düzen Hesap Planı, belirli bir mantık çevresinde kullanılmaktadır. Sabit olarak oluşturulan hesap planı, değiştirlemez özelliğe sahiptir. Ancak hesap kodlarının kullanım özelliğine göre ekleme yapılabilmektedir.
Hesap kodunun ilk rakamı hesap sınıfı, ikinci rakamı hesap grubu, üçüncü rakamı ise büyük defter hesabı olarak işlem görmektedir. “1” rakamından başlayan hesap sınıfları, “9” rakamına kadar gitmektedir.
Tek düzen hesap planı ile muhasebe sistemine yeni bir kan ve yeni bir can gelmiştir. Aktif ve pasif bölümlerin yer aldığı bilanço, Tek düzen hesap Planı ile daha iyi anlamlandırılmaktadır. Bunun yanında gelir tablosunda ki hesaplarda aynı şekilde Tek Düzen Hesap planı sayesinde daha kullanışlı haldedir.
Sonuç olarak, her geçen gün değişen ve gelişen Türkiye, muhasebe sistemine getirdiği yenilikler sayesinde kaliteli ve huzurlu bir refah seviyesine doğru bizleri götürmektedir. Tek Düzen Hesap planı da bunların içindedir.
