Hello friends, today is the 50th week in the sandwich contest that the weeks go by quickly I must see from which week I am in this contest and as I always say it I enjoy it a lot
Today I pass quickly to leave my entrance I have been a little busy so I will present you my ticket for this week number 50
Tortilla Sandwich
Ingredients:
For the tortilla:
-Egg
-Meat sausage
-potatoes
-Salt
-White pepper
-Milk
For the filling:
-Tuna
-Lettuce
-Tomato
-Mayonnaise
This time the tortilla was my bread I made it mixing eggs with a little milk to give more volume to the tortilla, sausage and potatoes

A very good tortilla I added a little milk to make it a little thick and fluffy and I think it worked and the sausage gave it an incredible flavor
