Hallo guten Abend meine lieben Feinschmecker Steemianer! Endlich sieht es so aus aus als ob die steemit blockchain wieder vernünftig funktionieren würde, also ist es ein guter Zeitpunkt um beim @jaybird 's Steemit Sandwich Contest #steemitsandwichcontest teilzunehmen! 😃

In the last few days when the blockchain had some downtime i had some time to spent it into food researches... lets see what comes out:

For this awesome Cambodian Style Sandwich you will need chicken breast, bread, mayo, carrot sticks, fresh salad, and also fresh cucumbers.

In den letzten Tagen, als die Blockchain ein wenig Auszeit hatte, hatte ich etwas Zeit, um nach Speisen zu recherchieren ... seht zu was dabei herauskommt ;-)

Für dieses geniale Cambodian Style Sandwich brauchst du Hähnchenbrust, Brot, Mayo, Karottenstäbchen, frischen Salat und auch frische Gurken.

In the first step, you should cut all the ingredients. To cut the carrot sticks, I got a little extra tool.

Im ersten Schritt solltet ihr alle Zutaten schneiden. Um die Karottenstäbchen zu schneiden, habe ich mir extra ein kleines tool besorgt.

The chicken is first rubbed with spices. Pepper, chilli or paprika powder is ideal for this. Then the meat should be fried with a little oil in a pan.

Das Hähnchenfleisch wird zuerst mit Gewürzen eingerieben. Dafür eignet sich Pfeffer, Chilli- oder Paprikapulver ideal. Danach sollte das Fleisch mit ein bisschen Öl in einer Pfanne angebraten werden.

You can toast the bread a bit to make it crispy.

Das Brot könnt ihr noch ein bisschen antoasten, damit es richtig knusprig wird.
