Humans cannot escape education. Education is one of the important sectors in development in every country. According to Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System in Article 1 stated that education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills. he needs, the community develops all the potential that students have through the learning process. In Article 4 it is explained that students are members of the community who are trying to develop their own potential through the learning process available on the path, level, and type of education.

Thus education is all the effort and all efforts to make the community can develop the potential of students to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, nobility, and have the skills needed as members of society and citizens.

Bendara Raden Tumenggung Harya Suwardi Soerjaningrat, better known by the name Ki Hadjar Dewantara (1961: 2) said in his book that educational efforts (dance) are aimed at (a) delicacy of mind, (b) intelligent brain and (c) healthy body. These three efforts will make complete and barreled for humans. Thus education is an effort to form human beings who are whole and inner, namely smart, healthy, and noble character. Ki Hadjar Dewantara also emphasized that educators must have the concept of a unified whole of attitude, namely the intention of the teachings, the idea of developing a plan, and tut wuri handayani. The understanding, that as educators must be able to become role models for their students, educators are also able to maintain balance, can also encourage, and provide motivation for students. This educational trilogy is absorbed as the concept of "Pancasila leadership"
