Dealing with negative people can suck the life right out of you but if you know how to handle and motivate them, you might end up saving a life.
Motivation can occur in many different situations and we don't always realize when someone is down or feeling hopeless. There comes a time in your life where you fall down and you don't have the strength or courage to get back up.
Different scenarios of motivation.
Depression
Depression is a sickness that involves the body, mood, and thoughts. Sometimes you feel so helpless and lifeless that you want to take your own life. You are so miserable, but believe it's just a cycle and it will past.
You can sit around and be angry or fed up or whatever the situation might be, but you have a choice to fight through it. Don't give up on your life, happiness is a choice but you get times when everything feels too much. It's normal to feel down, we are only human. It's a mindset that just needs to change.

If you can talk to the person who's going through a tough time, and tell them it's like a season, the cycle will change and you will get better. To be present in someone's life who is suffering from depression, tell them it's okay to feel the darkness.
Show them you are there for them. When I feel sad or depressed, I just want some presents around me. We don't need to talk or do anything, just the presents of someone there. It's life changing. Let go of your past and stop being a victim to your past or present. Use your pain as an instrument for your greatest growth. Embrace that darkness, accept it, and overcome it. Don't let it control you, you will see your silver lining.
Employees
Employees lose interest in their work when they feel undervalued or just plain fed up with their job. Big corporations and companies knows the secrets to motivate their employees. If you enjoy your job, it doesn't become your job but your passion. You are a happier person and you deliver good quality services to your company.
When your boss notice positive changes around the company and you are delivering good work, to hear the words "good work" or "thank you", can mean the world to an employee. The employee will work harder and better because you, the boss, notice his contribution and therefore he feels appreciated.
Companies motivate their employees through a realistic incentive and attractive company benefits. You get your times value and more so you are a happier person. It's important to have good worker relationships with fellow employees.
You get the occasional bully at work. If you ever feel you are being bullied at your workplace, go speak with your HR as his job is to resolve internal conflict in the workplace. Every situation is different, and if the HR don't have a solution, you can proceed with an internal grievance procedure. You have the right to work in a safe environment.
I worked for 3 years in a Ostrich leather tannery, while I worked there I got elected as a union representative for and had to deal daily with conflict resolution. Some cases of workplace bullying are really serious offences and no one should go through that emotional trauma while trying to make a living for his/her family.

Students
When you teach children it can become quiet challenging sometimes. If you don't keep them focus and on point, they lose interest in your class and you as a teacher feel hopeless. Student need to be motivated to perform good on school and later in life. I teach young children, K1, Grade 1, and Grade 2.
I've learned through my own experience, when you reward your students when they do good work, they feel motivated because their work dont go unnoticed. I give my younger students high fives when they accomplish something good and they enjoy it so much. It also shows them you care about them and their education. I tend to keep my classes a bit shorter and give them more time to play or draw and be creative. You have to keep them focused while they are busy.
When you as a teacher encourage a student to perform better, and show them you are interested in what's happening in their life, they become more comfortable with you and that results in the student looking forward to your class. The teacher have to be enthusiastic in the classroom. Children pick up on your energy.
Whenever you are in a position to help someone by motivating them, do it because one smile or an act of kindness can save a life.

It May Be a While
before society allows the younger population unrestricted access to cannabis. Society, at large, is still massively ignorant about cannabis. :( Until then, the educated can do their part to increase their CBD usage and help smooth the jagged edges in society for others.
