That's why in the teacher school, educator candidates are taught the science of how to behave and maintain prestige. Of course we agree that teachers and students must communicate with each other openly but attitude and the authority of teachers must be maintained in order to remain respected. It is also necessary because students need educational figures that can be emulated.

But in reality teachers often do not keep their charisma in front of students. It could have been done unintentionally. That's why I want to write about it. here are tips on how the teacher keeps his prestige in front of students.

Do not be knowledgeable

Not everything is known by teacher. There are muny things that are teacher not understood or unknown. Therefore do not answer random questions asked by students. If a teacher does not know the answer when asked by his students then it is better to be honest to say do not know. Because if the teacher answers and the answer is wrong then the charisma in front of the students will be destroyed.

Assertive

Decisive does not mean cruel. Firm is a clear action and no doubt. A teacher who keeps his authority in front of the student must be firm. Joking and serious time should be separated so that students understand how to behave. Firm action can make students respect their teacher.

Confidence

The teacher profession should have a professional attitude and high confidence. A teacher must have the confidence to teach quietly. This confidence must be trained. If a teacher is nervous about explaining the material then his charisma may be lost.

Do not joke in excess

Building good communication with students is needed. Distance of students and educators must be closer to the various ways. One way is to joke. However, it should be noted that joking is not good. A teacher must be able to keep that boundary. If a teacher jokes excessively then he will lose his charisma and his authority.

Remember the student's name

A good teacher will remember the name of the student. Maybe this will be difficult but remembering the student's name will make the student feel familiar with the teacher. And the relationship of both can be well established. When the teacher remembers the student's name the student will feel close to the teacher and will respect it.

A teacher will look charismatic if acting as a teacher. By being natural then the teacher will be respected. Do not be over-acting or over acting but be reasonable. A good teacher is respected by his students not feared by his students.
