22 April is Earth day. How would you celebrate Earth day with your students?
When this date arrives many ideas go through our heads as teachers, this time the planning focused directly on recycling as an alternative to take care of our planet.
Recycling is a fun way to teach our students about the importance of taking care of our "Earth" planet.
Recycling is the transformation of waste into other products for later use.
Thanks to recycling, the consumption of new raw materials is reduced, energy use is reduced, air and water pollution are reduced, and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced compared to the production of plastics.

- The students in this activity decided to cover boxes, applying the paper technique cartapesta.
The technique of cartapesta uses the paper only chopped and some pieces are stuck with others using glue.

Practical concepts:
-Reuse is the action or practice of using something again, whether for its original purpose (conventional reuse) or to fulfil a different function
-Reciclar It is the process of conversion of waste materials into new materials and objects.
-Reduce the use of energy, water, raw material; it reduces the emissions produced in the transportation of the product, and also minimizes the pollution produced by its disposal and disintegration.
