education less than public scrutiny

To gain knowledge does not have to sit comfortably in a building, a luxury multi-storey and equipped with air conditioning, but in my view this is a learning not enough teaching and learning facilities, because not enough space so forced to learn outside the building.

maybe this is a matter of ignorance from the government or so forth. Please care for the nation's generation.
