I believe the issue is that your author sbd to steem is 344steem, meaning you have earned 344 steem in the past month and you haven't claimed it or power it up, your power-up must be greater than half of your earning in the past 30 days .i.e at least you should have a power-up of 180 + steem regardless of your steem transferred out.
And besides, since the transfer out is less than the power up. I am eligible for #club5050
Since I haven't claimed that, that should not be regarded.
I am just following the instruction from a teaching that it is not healthy to be claiming reward every time. So I claimed once in a week or in two weeks and power up immediately.
just claim and power it up, it doesn't burn more than 0.2TRX on a claim, I believe it has always been in the rules to power up more than half earned, claimed or not.
