The following caught my attention:
Unlike in PoW, PoS is a centralized system. it attracts more stake holders.
In PoS, the controversy of centralization comes up when we consider the fact that people with higher stakes are chosen as validators. So only a small group of whales get to be validators. However To reduce centralization, there are various systems that have been developed.
Feedback and Suggestions
You have done some research. However, you need to better demonstrate your grasp of some concepts.
You should do better in arrangement. You should have clearly differentiated between PoW and PoS. Also, there is no clear indication of the advantages and disadvantages.
You did not mention any examples of POW blockchains.
