I've met many who have dabbled in witchcraft before, it was very rare to meet one that even believed in Satan, nevermind worshipping him like many believe. Although witchcraft is a sin, it seems that they're divided among those who took up witchcraft to worship Satan and those who see it in another way of nature, the universe, cardinal directions associated to beings. I guess it's not much different with the conflict between major religions. No one is on the same page 99% of the time. This is something to really avoid though.
