Hello Squishy Humans,

The Mighty Tub Cat recently hired a highly skilled and stealthy body-guard called @aussieninja. This Australian Ninja was very excited to join Tub Cat Incorporated and was overheard praising his new employer at the water cooler - Tub Cat treat's his employees equally, just as if they were all Tub Dogs!

The first task of Ninja of Australianess was to assess how Tub Cat classifies the posts that he peruses while residing in his Tub. As a result of this assessment, Tub Cat and @aussieninja have developed a highly complicated and extremely difficult to understand system for determining what a quality post is, what a post with potential looks like, and what is classified as spam or a plagiarised post.

Tub Cat has chosen to provide this classification for all to review and accept as Tub Cat gospel. This system is documented below.

High Quality Posts Deserving Reward

High quality posts deserving reward and recognition must be undervalued posts that are deserving of recognition and reward:

• The author can only be a minnow who has developed high quality content (as judged by Tub Cat himself)
• The post payout must be less than $20
• The post must be less than 3 days old at the time of review
• The author must have not posted any other content prior or following the article being reviewed that violates Tub Cat's terms of good Steemit behaviour

Users With Great Potential and Deserving of Your Support

Users with great potential are authors who have potential to develop great content i.e. are passionate about a subject, have developed posts that simply require some tweaking to be high quality, or are consistently showing signs that they are committed to helping Steemit grow, are deserving of recognition, support and reward:

• The author can only be a minnow who has developed content that is deserving of support, advice, encouragement and reward (as judged by Tub Cat himself)
• The post payout must be less than $10
• The post must be less than 3 days old at the time of review
• The author must have not posted any other content prior or following the article being reviewed that violates Tub Cat's terms of good Steemit behaviour

Users that are no Better than a Tub Dog! (Spam / Plagiarism)

Posts that are classified as spam and plagiarism have are generally as follows:

• Posts of text, images, or videos containing content that is clearly lifted from another website or Steemit post and copied to the authors blog without acknowledgement to the original author.
• Spam posts are simply repeated posting of unoriginal content (such as a single image with little or no text) for the sole purpose of generating repeated rewards regardless of size. For example, posting the same image or selection of images under different tags 5 times in one hour.

Nothing more needs to be said about the Tub Dogs who exhibit this behaviour.
