I commented not long ago on this. It would appear (to me) someone that got caught for plagiarism as most of the accounts they are creating are trying to appear to be tied to steemcleaners. Their downvote has no weight to it, so other than freaking people out it serves little purpose. I got caught by them about 6-8 weeks ago, and a few of the witnesses created a bot to upvote those downvotes, which made me laugh as they had no weight to them either.
Good to know, thanks. I thought I might have a little fun with it as well. The stars were aligned and the Muses came to visit as I was having my coffee, so move over, Howlin'Wolf!
