@tipU Introducing SWAP: Quick And Easy STEEM <-> SBD Conversion
Hi guys, this one is gonna be quick, just like the new SWAP functionality ;)
If you want to convert your SBD to STEEM or vice versa and:
- you don't know how to use the internal market
- the internal market and it's unresponsiveness annoys you
- you don't want to waste time on making transactions by yourself
You might be interested in using new @tipu functionality - swap.
Basically if you send any amount of SBD or STEEM to @tipU with memo:
swap
@tipU will automatically perform trading operation on the internal market and send you the other currency. The exchange ratio will be the same as current STEEM price on the internal market.
So, if you have some SBD and want to exchange it for STEEM - send it to @tipU with memo swap. Of course it works too the other way around.
There is fee for the operation (it's free).
Accepting STEEM the way most other bots do could spare this feature from you.
After all, if one sends you STEEM with a post link in the memo it is obvious that the intention is a quick bid and not a different type of investment.
But @tipu is accepting STEEM the way the other bots do.
You enabled it recently, because not too long ago when I checked bidding in STEEM was still a disabled tipu feature.
The ROI you deliver is barely profitable, that it is only beneficial for very few users in very few cases of usage.

I sent an amount of 25 STEEM, after 20 minutes nothing happened so I tried again with 26 STEEM, still nothing happened. Yet your voting service says active and usually it works perfect. Can you refund the steem or give the upvote? Mark
@tipu had about 2 hours of downtime today, sorry for that.
No worries! Ow also, I noted that posts of only 2 days old are allowed instead of 3? :)
3 days is max so if it's 3 days and 1 minute - it won't work :) Probably I should increase it to 4 max then.

@tipu Hey, I've tried your withdraw function because I sent 25 STEEM and 26 STEEM on the same post. But I only got one upvote of course. However I still need the 26 STEEM back. Your withdraw function says my balance is 0. Please transfer the 26 steem back as soon as you can. Thanks! Mark
Aye, already done :) The withdraw command works only for SBD currently, sorry for the problem.

Wow that’s amazing. Great offering!! The internal market can be really annoying sometimes, I’ve used block trades for some conversions in the past, but converting without having to leave the wallet interface sounds amazing!

SP for @tipU but currently it's less than 0.1 SBD daily so... :)
