Location: This mission will be available after completing the previous mission Maude: Ralph Ostrowski. You would have to wait for an email from Maude with the details and location of the sought person (Larry Tupper). He is a meth dealer, who will be hiding at a deserted area on the south-west of Trevor's home.

Larry will be having a chat with his friends when you see him. Wait until Larry takes off running. If he does not, kill his friends to scare him.

Chase him and knock him down or get in car and hit him slightly with the vehicle. When Larry gives up, take him to Maude's house.
