Location: This mission will be available after completing the secondary mission Maude: Glenn Scovilla. You would have to wait an email from Maude, with details and location of the sought person. The suspect's name is Curtis Weaver. He can be found in the activist camp next to the highway, northern part of your map.

Drive to the camp. When you get there, you will see a small tunnel net to the highway. Enter the camp, turn right and find Curtis. Once you approach the old man, he will start to fire at you. You may need to take cover.

When Curtis takes off running, follow him in pursuit. When you catch him, return him to Maude's home for your reward.
