The 4 types of people on steemit

Hey Steemians. Since I'm on Steemit, I can see 4 specific types of people here on this platform. All of them are needed to make this awesome community work and I thought I'd share what I see with you today.

Perhaps: You'll be able recognize all 4 character types within you. 

However: You probably have one that you resonate most with. One that feels lightest, easiest. One that comes most natural to you.

Today, I wanted to share with you a very brief overview of the four. Yet this post may give you a few hints about your own strengths and to perhaps understand the other Steemians a bit better:

The philosophers

The ones like me. Give me a rock to sit on and drop a food-package once every few days, and I'll be fine. Philosophers contemplate, think, look at things differently. Question the common rules in the attempt to find a greater meaning of the existence of Steemit, life, and themselves.

The strategists

I love them, because they provide me with all that I don't like to find out by myself. Strategy. Best ways to work with Steemit. Strategists love to find ways, to create best practices and to increase performance. They are the ones who write the informative, technical articles. They are informed about the do's and don't's and are usually up to date of the happenings of the platform.

The caretakers

Without them I probably wouldn't have lasted longer than a week here. I would have lost faith in myself, and this platform. Caretakers are the ones that come and connect. The ones that made it their mission to genuinely help you. They support you, they are always here for you. The want your best - and even if they don't know you, they are willing to give a helping hand. Caretakers cheer you up when you are in a low and help you to keep going.

The community leaders

I'm not necessarily talking about the whales and dolphins here. It is rather a type of personality. Community leaders are the ones that are concerned about the greater whole of the community. Where are we going together? What's best for us? What are threats? Where is potential? What can we change? They give us predictions and offer us ways to grow - together.

...is there more?

No. :) not for now. I literally just came up with it. I know. It is very brief. But I'm more than glad to create a few deeper profiles about it (it's the philosopher side within me) if it's appreciated.

Obviously these 4 types not only show up on Steemit. We can see them everywhere. Just step into a random social construct, and with some awareness you'll be able to spot all of them - more or less.

As said above, you might embody all of the characters at different times. But most likely there's a main one for you. Which one is it for you?
