Very valid topic to bring in to light. I have been going through few data by myself regarding this topic and what i could understand is that, the family education and awareness is what is lacking in rural localities. In India ICDS and anganvadies are really working towards a better tomorrow and i really appriciate them for their work. We need more conscious human beings to take part in these kind of initiatives along with our government support. In the end it is all human beings our deeds which is making the world the way it is!
