Your articles are so well written, thought provoking, and easy to understand. I scrolled back to see if you introduced yourself as a professional journalist, author, etc, only discover you're actually a DJ. :) You obviously must have a university degree and a doctorate in the english language arts. Or am I just being silly?

Edit: I must be silly. I just noticed a glaring typo in the title of this article "Particpating"

Love your stuff anyway. :)

Ha ha, good eye and thanks for the head's up! Banging these out on iPhone, sometimes make little typos that slip by unnoticed.

No uni degree. Dropped out 2nd year of commerce. Have always had some writing skills exercised more under-the-radar - though they seem to have taken on a new life the past month contributing on here.

Thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated. 🙏

Incredible explanation! Thanks to all you that you take the time to write about Steem it, others understand the community better!

I agree! Great content!

Finally, a positive and constructive media that rises above the everyday banalities. Could this be a WikiSteem? an encyclopedia of ideas?

totally needed. wikisteem project with volunteers and reserved tag anyone?! @dan can we do it?!

Where did you get your blogging chops dude? This article is epic and will rank on Google I am sure. Everything is A1.

Thanks mate. That means alot coming from you - your writing has been an inspiration since I first got on here and saw you killin' it.

Just a culmination of years of development - part writing journals, blog/Facebook posts, magazine articles, books (a few started, never finished) - and then ALOT of study in many different fields - and then some badass next-level brain training to integrate it altogether.

The writing skills seem to have been going through a MAJOR upgrade this past month since banging it out for Steemit - a whole different environment with both the incentivization and creative freedom, highly conducive to raising standards and executing accordingly... :-)

Dude is Good!

I thoroughly enjoy reading your posts and as a large STEEM stakeholder I really appreciate your contributions to the platform. At the same time, I wish you would stop using the word "ponzi". Obviously you're free to say what you like, but a ponzi scheme is a scam, so using that term implies there may be malicious intent to defraud. Do you really believe this could possibly be some sort of elaborate hoax? Or are you simply unsure of whether the platform is sustainable?

Thanks have nice day :)

Great writing as usual!

Fair play for the balanced assessment of steemit. As you say, while it makes sense under the hood, in this brave new world I am yet to be convinced either that the economic model is truly sustainable.

But at the very least it's a cool blockchain app, which allows us to practice what we want to preach, all with a relatively accessible UI. It'll do for now! :) But I wouldn't be quitting the day job :P

yep. i'm just looking at any rewards as EXTRA at this point - not expected - just playing the game for the game's sake, enjoying the skills development & learning process along the way. if it ends up profitable in the end, GREAT. if not... well, it already is... but not touching much of that - hoping it'll work out, but planning as though not - and contributing my best to help it succeed in whatever ways I can...

I kinda see this more like a social media revolution.

Man, this is the one to share. Excellent post!

Thanks, man.

Yes, that was the intention - sum up the dilly-yo and spread outside the platform give people a head's up and succinctly paint a picture of WHY it's worth checking this site out.

The people on the site already know what time it is - so if aiming to grow, best capture the vision & enthusiasm and share away on other platforms as bait... :-)

hanks to all you that you take the time to write about Steem it, it is community better!
