Since I have changed the rules of the lottery it is more transparent and objectively fair and random. This will give the Steemit community more confidence and more and more people will participate.

As with any lottery the bigger the jackpot grows the more people buy lottery tickets. Take the powerball for example. Once the jackpot start getting huge people literally flock to by tickets. I have seen people standing in absurdly long lines just to buy tickets.

Once the jackpot gets really big it WILL make the news. When this happens people will flock to steemit and our Steemit community will grow exponentially.

The best part of this is that all we (the Steemit community) need to do is participate! The more participation we get the faster this will come to fruition.
