Happiness

Happiness starts with you – not with your relationships, not with your job, not with your money, but with you. If you can control your emotions and thoughts, you will find true happiness within you.

Happiness begins with a light-hearted and cheerful perception of the world. You will be happy on most days if you choose to look for things to be happy about. Happiness is always knocking on your door; you just have to invite it in.

In that respect, happiness is really a choice. And it is possible for us to choose to be happy. A change in mindset and attitude is all it takes to be happy.
