Not paying taxes will save our money, but if we pay taxes and we have a good goverment thats managing our tax properly we indirectly help people thats need money more than us.

Forexample in some country there is a goverment program for cheaper health program, its mean goverment help people thats need to take care their health by paying some bill thats those people should pay to health center etc.

Another example is scholarship program by goverment to help clever or poor student thats need money to pay their school. Again Goverment run this program from taxes.

Goverment use money from taxes thats they get to run this program. We pay taxes to our goverment. Its mean we indirectly help people through taxes.

If we does not pay taxes how our goverment will be able to run such program?
