Now most everyone read this as long a vote displays 0.02 on screen then the person will get paid, Wrong Assumption!This is what I thought also because I received reward 4 days ago. :)
And after reading @timcliff's post I realized it is NOT IMPLEMENTED YET. At the bottom of his post he said that it is only a proposal, "an idea".
