Daily Steem Stats Report - Wednesday, February 27, 2019

in steemit •  20 days ago

A nice spike in the number of comments yesterday, however, 19,636 of those comments were from just one account: @partiko

Welcome to my Steem Stats Report for Wednesday, February 27, 2019. All data comes directly from the Steem blockchain and is based on UTC time.

1. Daily number of Posts (including comments)

2. Daily number of votes

DateVotesPaid bot votesPercent bot votes

3. Daily accounts transacting

A 'transacting account' is a Steem account that made at least one transaction on the Steem blockchain. This can be a vote, post, comment, transfer, power up or sbd conversion. Users who only read from the Steem blockchain without interacting are not included. The actual number of 'Active users' is therefore much higher than the accounts transacting.

Thank you for reports. They help us see the numbers not the emotion. I hear a lot of emotions about upvote Bots but your reports show they are less then 1% of all votes on the platform. Hmmm
That’s an interesting statistic. I suspect the size of their votes are much larger then the average joe vote in the 99% of non-bidbot votes, but still it’s an amazingly small percentage of the votes.

Nice report, @partiko is doing well on comments because it comments on every post with partiko tag, and people prefers commenting and blogging using #partiko because of the point rewards it attached.

I also love using partiko because it’s more user friendly.

Congratz, your post has been resteemed and, who knows, will maybe appear in the next edition of the #dailyspotlights (Click on my face if you want to know more about me...)

Pixresteemer is also listed as promoter on The Steemians Directory

interesting! @penguinpablo are those comments made from the partiko app (different people) or from the partiko account itself?
thank you for the informative posts.

Probably from @partiko they do some Promo via comments

i understand... would ve be nice to see an app motivate people to engage more

That's quite a sharp uptick in posts and comments, wonder what caused that.

lol nevermind, reminder to self: read first and look at charts after

lol :-) Thanks for the resteem anyways :-)

Partiko is pretty trendy and also handy :-) when I came back to Steemit, I was happy to see such progress in terms of an app like partiko!

I just downloaded it today and it is so user friendly. I love it! I've also tried other apps but I consider this one the best.

The actual number of 'Active users' is therefore much higher than the accounts transacting.

Hmm. Not sure about this. Youre showing 50k transacting accounts many of which are bots so im not sure you could say "active users" is greater. It kind of implies that steem has more then 50k daily users when in reality that number is probably much lower.

It depends on how we define an 'active user'.
Steemit.com and many other dApps based on the Steem blockchain are being used by a lot of people who don't actually interact with the blockchain. They found a page on steemit.com on Google for example. A reader of a page can be defined as an 'active user', although he/she made no transaction on the blockchain.

State of the D-apps shows a 5000 number.

Thank You @penguinpablo for keeping us up to date each day. I appreciate it......

@partiko should be the person who has this sentence in the comments.

So they all numbers there are 19,636 in one day.
Really super big.
