Yes that is a warning Upvote it basically says that he found a same article as yours somewhere else.
Oh! I didn´nt know that, but it allways comments and upvotes the Steemit Monthly Author Challenge post because all of them finished with the challenge promotion. Now, i´m just posting the Day 30 of that challennge. But, thanks for your information .
