Blacklist Update 23/01/2018
Dear Steemians,
In case you miss the @minnowhelper post about The Blacklist, please read more about it Here!!!
All abuses will be punished by the prohibition to use the service and no Refund
Eliminating the ban after a review of the publications of the last four weeks, if it is on the prohibition list, contact the Minnowhelper team for review in the Slack chat.

Do not try to upvote posts, such as:
- A photo, without text (there is no image source) with the exception of original works of artists: paintings, photography with special effects, etc.
- Publications without at least 2 paragraph texts.
- One video ( and not yours )
- Posts downvoted by @cheetah or @steemcleaners
- Posts with deleted content, that is, deleted image
Understand that this is a promotional tool and sending this type of publication prevents quality authors from promoting their good content.
How will the process work?
The Minnowhelper team will review random publications and if low quality content is found, users will be blacklisted.
On the other hand other users can report Abuses in our Slack Chat

I'm using boot voting for the first time. I sent you 0.2sbd 10 minutes ago and I don't see any upvotes. Since I'm doing this for the first time, I'm clueless, so I'm asking, how long does ti take to get upvotes?

Why you dont want to refund me my 2 SBD

First reason is that your Post did not meet the conditions of use of Minnowhelper. 12 days ago when he made the transfer, the Bot did not accept Post greater than 5 days and the transfers will not be returned.
