that is the way steem keys work
You don't need to always login with Partiko. In fact, I have only logged in on partiko once just when I started using the app months ago. So, he is right!
yes you dont need to login once are connected with steemconnect or keychain
but if you change your master password like he said all keys would have changed and partiko wouldn't have the new key to make a post to the blockchain
