Facebook political intrigue to flow into SteemIt eventually?

I'm sure everyone has heard the WikiLeaks news from the weekend.

There's an email that made me think about the future of SteemIt:

In it, high-ranking members of the DNC who were loyal to Mrs. Clinton's campaign discuss political intel gathered on Facebook as well as a possible informant within the Bernie campaign at the time.

We can’t go to DWS with just Facebook intel. Kay told me she has friends inside the Bernie organization there who may be able to provide some more information.

It's interesting to think that as SteemIt becomes more and more popular, political parties (DNC, RNC, etc.) will begin turning their eyes towards this platform and begin running their usual shenanigans and media campaigns here.

Given our current problem with plagiarism and spam bots, that type of situation may be difficult to handle. Maybe we will need a political @cheetah . aaanyyyyx!
