Does token (here Steemit) really motivate you to contribute more good contents?

As the original intention of Steemit, user can make a profit through posting and curating. Every valid action from users will be paid by the site. Unlike other social media, Steemit has provided a good incentive mechanism to motivate users to contribute good contents. With the hype of cryptocurrency, some opportunists come here without contributing good contents. Some researches find money incentives may crowd out or in intrinsic motivations.
