How do I add a profile picture??

Hi folks, just a short one... but how on earth do I add a profile picture on here? How do I turn a photo into a URL that it will accept?

Thanks in advance, sorry if I'm being thick (probably am haha!)

go to settings and add a profile picture URL (the URL of the photo you want as profile pic)

Thanks for the reply... I've actually got this far before but that's the part I'm having trouble with. How do I get the photo on my PC to be a URL (please be kind, I'm not very technical!)

you should be able to copy the photo and when you paste it it pastes the photo, im not sure let me know if it worked!

You need to do it from online link, such as facebook picture or so.....just right click and copy the link which you paste into picture collumn on steemit....hope it works!

hello there! if you go to the site called imgoat.com click on the "drop files here to upload" then choose the image you would like to upload. Then copy the "image URL" and paste in the profile picture section :) enjoy x
