This is a nice inovation that can save a lot of life if managed properly. The idea is laudable but you know how poor our management can be. Hopefully they will be able to manage it properly and should be adopted in various African Countries
It is fully managed by a foreign company and their management is good so far. I just hope the Government won't stop this. Thanks for your comment.
