Only thing I don't understand is why would I up vote a post if I haven't read it? I don't know if it's any good, and maybe I'm totally opposed to what is presented.
Yeah. I totally agree, which is basically what I said. There are a couple of authors that I resonate with so well that I do tend to upvote as soon as I see the title of their post. It's by far the exception though.
